This 4mm Nano-PVDF Coated Aluminum Composite Panel combines a high-grade aluminum composite structure with a nano-fluorocarbon (Nano-PVDF) surface coating. By dispersing nano-ceramic particles (SiO₂ / TiO₂) into a PVDF (fluoropolymer) coating system, the panel gains a lotus-effect self-cleaning surface, super-hydrophobicity and superior anti-fouling performance — while keeping the outstanding weather resistance that PVDF is known for. It is designed for exterior facades, curtain walls and signage that demand long-term colour stability with minimal cleaning and maintenance.
